About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Summer Internship in Global Banking in Mainland China. Gain hands-on experience in M&A, industry analysis, and live deal execution over 10 weeks.
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Execute live innovative deals transforming the corporate landscape.
- Work closely with experts and participate in daily operations.
Team and Location
- Work within the Global Banking team in Beijing or Shanghai.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate between Dec 2027 and June 2028 with less than two years work experience.
- Legal working rights in Mainland China required.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate responsible and experimental use of AI to improve outcomes.
