About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Execute innovative live deals transforming corporate landscapes.
- Work closely with experts and participate in daily operations.
Team Overview
- Work within the Global Banking team in Hong Kong.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate between Dec 2027 and June 2028 with under two years work experience.
- Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese required.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate responsible and experimental AI use to improve outcomes.
