About the role
The 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program places you in UBS’s APAC Talent Attraction team in Hong Kong. Over 18 months, you will rotate across HR areas, support employer branding and talent engagement, build external relationships, and develop professional and technical skills while contributing to projects across the business.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through several HR areas and contribute to projects across the business.
- Support employer branding through engaging content, digital campaigns, and talent-focused events.
- Build relationships with career services, student clubs, and external partners.
- Use data, digital channels, and AI tools to strengthen talent engagement.
Team
- Join the APAC Talent Attraction team, supporting talent attraction and engagement across the region.
- Collaborate with colleagues across markets and business divisions to build UBS’s talent pipeline.
Program
- Complete an 18-month program designed to develop skills for career growth.
- Receive professional and technical training, learn core skills, and develop through colleague support and rotations.
