About the role

Join as a Reporting Specialist Intern in Pune to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analytics for Group and Regional Treasury. Support senior management with accurate, timely reports for decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics for Group and Legal Entities.
• Compile and analyze financial information for Group and Regional Treasury.
• Provide monthly Treasury packs for ALCO and senior management meetings.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for business and external auditors.
• Collaborate to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of controls.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Team Environment

• Work in the Reporting and Analytics Service Executive Treasury team in Pune.
• Support decision-making for Group Treasury division management and optimization.
• Provide reporting to regulators and Group Executive Board members.
• Contribute to best-in-class, accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting.

Candidate Expertise

• Higher Accounting degree or professional qualification required.
• Good understanding of bank balance sheet, liquidity, funding, and capital adequacy concepts.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and MS Access.
• Exposure to PowerBi, Alteryx, and Python is advantageous.
• Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Analytical, methodical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
