About the role
Join UBS as a CA Intern supporting global transfer pricing calculations for Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial postings while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute global transfer pricing calculations for multiple UBS divisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness per SLAs and Group Tax policies.
- Perform controls and 4-eye reviews for compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze financial moves and provide business driver commentaries.
- Verify inputs timely and liaise with stakeholders for guidance.
- Partner with Agile POD for design and implementation of calculation changes.
Team Overview
- Part of Entity Revenue Transfer Centre of Excellence in India (Mumbai & Pune).
- Centralized processing of global entity revenue transfers worth UBS 5bn annually.
- Supports global settlement via strategic SAP tool.
- Aligned with Group Finance Chief Accounting Office.
- Works EMEA shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST) for global stakeholder overlap.
- Ensures financial statements comply with arm's length principles.
Candidate Requirements
- Recognized finance qualification with IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
- Desirable experience in product control, financial control, or transfer pricing.
- Experience servicing multiple clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with aptitude for banking business scenarios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Access; exposure to Power BI and Alteryx.
