Role Responsibilities
- Prepare complex accounting journals and perform ledger integrity checks.
- Conduct MoM/QoQ variance analysis with insightful commentary for senior management.
- Prepare management accounts and detailed variance analysis reports.
- Analyze and report exceptions in primary ledger feeds from accounting and system perspectives.
- Consolidate divisional notes to accounts post coordination with various controllers.

Team Overview
- Work within the FAC function responsible for financial and management accounting.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and auditable reporting for regulatory and internal clients.
- Collaborate with diverse business divisions and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently a CA Intern with basic knowledge of IFRS, BASEL III, and Swiss GAAP.
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP tools like SAP, BW, Oracle, Hyperion, BI.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and build robust control environments.
- Strong English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
