Two Sigma seeks a Quantitative Researcher to develop investment models using scientific methods and machine learning. Candidates will collaborate with engineers, attend seminars, and analyze complex data to generate market insights.

- Develop sophisticated investment models using rigorous scientific methods.
- Apply machine learning techniques to diverse datasets.
- Create and test complex investment ideas with engineering teams.
- Participate in reading circles to review latest research papers.
- Attend academic seminars from top university thought leaders.

Qualifications
- Degree in technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, math, physics, engineering, computer science).
- Intermediate programming skills in languages like C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience conducting in-depth research projects with real-world data.
- Ability to think independently and creatively analyze data.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.

Compensation
- Base salary range: $200,000 to $220,000.
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses and additional benefits.
- Compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
