Graduate C++ Developer (2027 Incoming Graduate, Full-Time)

About the role

3Red Partners seeks a 2027 graduate C++ Developer to join their Chicago team, focusing on high-frequency trading systems and technology-driven trading strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and deploy trading system features and tools.
• Monitor low latency trading system performance and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with traders and developers on performance optimizations.
• Refactor existing implementations and monitor system updates.
• Investigate and address trading system improvements and issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating by August 2027.
• At least 1 industry internship with C++ experience.
• Proficient in C++ with knowledge of data structures.
• Familiarity with low-level systems, STL, Boost, Linux, and git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $125,000 to $200,000 depending on qualifications.
