About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Optimize current trading strategy components and identify new opportunities.
- Research and test alphas to improve trading tools and efficiency.
- Enhance production trading systems and rewrite existing trades and signals.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in STEM field, graduating by August 2027.
- At least one internship in quantitative research, development, or trading.
- Experience with Python, C++, and machine learning tools.
- Strong multitasking and project prioritization skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range $125,000 to $200,000 based on qualifications and experience.
