Candidate Requirements

  • Penultimate year student eligible to intern June 2027 and start full-time July 2028.
  • Permanent legal right to work in the UK required.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Adaptability and curiosity about business, markets, and economies.

Application and Key Dates

  • Assessment centres start October 2026 onwards.
  • Only one application allowed within six months.
  • Match with specialist teams based on skills and interests.
