Graduate Venture

About the role

The 12-month SC Ventures Graduate Programme in Dubai is for UAE nationals in their final study year or recent graduates. Participants gain hands-on experience, structured development and mentoring while contributing to venture-related work across design and innovation, marketing and communications, or finance.

Programme

• Take ownership of meaningful work contributing to business outcomes within an SC Ventures workstream.
• Build technical, commercial and professional capabilities through practical experience and structured development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across markets, products and functions.
• Meet peers and senior executives across the global network while building professional relationships.

Potential Workstreams

• Design and Innovation: support intrapreneurship, venture-building teams and the organisation’s innovation culture.
• Marketing and Communications: develop business communications and use social media and emerging channels to build ventures.
• Finance: conduct market research, support financial reporting, manage budgets, and prepare projections and forecasts.

Requirements

• Be a UAE national in the final year of study or a recent graduate.
• Students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds are welcome.
• Demonstrate ownership, initiative, critical thinking, problem-solving and sound judgement.
• Learn quickly, remain curious, collaborate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Show commercial curiosity and interest in clients, markets and global trends.

Timeline

• Assessment centres begin from October 2026 onwards.
• The programme start date is listed as ASAP.
• Applicants may indicate preferred workstreams in their cover letter.
