About the role
The 12-month Wealth and Retail Banking Graduate Programme in Dubai offers final-year students structured learning, hands-on projects, mentoring and early responsibility. Participants may gain exposure to affluent banking, wealth solutions, digital banking and bancassurance analytics, developing technical and professional skills before starting full-time employment in July 2026.

Requirements
- Final-year student able to start full-time employment in July 2026.
- Permanent legal right to work in the country of application is required.
- Strong academic performance and extracurricular involvement are encouraged.
- Teamwork, agility, resilience, analytical thinking and attention to detail are valued.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with enthusiasm for dynamic environments.
- UAE nationals receive priority; candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered in the UAE.
