This 12-month Operations Apprenticeship in Mumbai offers hands-on experience supporting banking operations, transaction processing, and risk management. Apprentices will develop technical, analytical, and communication skills while contributing to real client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities
- Support daily transaction processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor operational performance and customer service standards
- Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes
- Track key metrics and maintain data for reporting and decision-making
- Support managers in transaction oversight and payment obligations

- Take ownership of meaningful assignments impacting real clients
- Build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Candidate Requirements
- Final-year student or 2025 graduate in BTech, BCom, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
- Eligible to start in March 2026 with legal right to work in India
- Strong academic performance and active beyond the classroom
- Confident working with data and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
