Teams and Responsibilities
- Corporate Coverage: Support multinational and local corporate client relationships and financing solutions.
- Financial Institutions Coverage: Assist banks, insurers, asset managers with financing and risk management.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Support research, analysis, and deal execution for transactions.
- Work alongside experienced bankers on client relationships and business development.
- Gain insight into capital markets, transaction banking, and strategic client engagement.
- Develop understanding of long-term client relationship management.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year student eligible to intern in June 2027 and start full-time July 2028.
- Permanent legal right to work in China required.
- Open to all degree disciplines and backgrounds.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, stay curious, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration across cultures.
Application and Timeline
- Assessment centres begin October 2026.
- Internship start date June 2027.
- Only one application allowed per six-month period.
