About the role

Based in Bangalore, this 12-month Global Support Functions apprenticeship offers real responsibility in a global bank. Apprentices support finance, risk, governance, regulatory compliance, operations, people, technology and business priorities while developing technical, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills through hands-on work and exposure to experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities and Development

• Take ownership of meaningful work supporting real business priorities across Global Support Functions.
• Use data, technology and processes to help improve how the Bank operates.
• Build technical, analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience.
• Develop communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills while working with experienced colleagues.
• Gain exposure to senior leaders and understand how global banking functions operate in practice.

Global Support Functions

• Support governance, risk management, financial performance and regulatory compliance across the Bank’s global footprint.
• Work with finance, risk, legal and corporate functions to support decision-making and business outcomes.
• Partner with businesses, functions and support teams to help the organisation operate smoothly and responsibly.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduated from college in 2025 or 2026 with a three-year bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS or equivalent.
• Candidates pursuing or holding postgraduate qualifications, including MBA, M.Com or PGDM, are not eligible.
• Have the legal right to work in India and demonstrate strong academic performance and involvement beyond the classroom.
• Be confident working with data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate integrity, responsibility and motivation to learn; prior banking experience is not required.
