Programme Details

• 18-month rotation programme in Trading Infrastructure Support Team.
• Exposure to diverse technologies across infrastructure estate.
• Structured training with a dedicated mentor.
• 1-week rotations in DevOps and Systems teams near programme end.
• Gain skills in Linux, Kubernetes, HPC, distributed storage, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and automate core trading systems.
• Engage with service owners to triage and resolve incidents.
• Support observability, workload schedulers, databases, and Linux systems.
• Contribute to automation using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging pipelines.
• Document issues and update runbooks for team use.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic Linux knowledge and familiarity with Python.
• Understanding of hardware infrastructure fundamentals.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities.
• Scientific curiosity and desire to improve system performance.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to containers, Kubernetes, VMs, or distributed storage.
• Understanding of modern telemetry tooling.
• Interest in HPC, schedulers, or CI/CD systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Minimum base salary $100,000 in New York location.
• Eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits.
