About the role
Join as a Junior UX/UI Engineer to design and develop intuitive web interfaces using Figma and React in a fast-paced financial tech environment. Gain mentorship and grow your design and front-end engineering skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Create new screens, workflows, and features in Figma for web applications.
- Contribute to frontend codebase in React, translating designs into production-ready code.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, analysts, and trading teams to refine designs.
- Apply UX principles balancing technical feasibility, accessibility, performance, and timelines.
- Maintain and contribute to design system components.
- Conduct QA testing to ensure designs meet functional, visual, and usability standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
- Experience with Figma and a portfolio showcasing web application design and implementation.
- Experience with React and understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with accessibility, usability, and UX best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects.
