About the role

Role Overview
- Develop software in Python for trading and research systems.
- Work on core tooling, data pipelines, and software products used globally.
- Collaborate with software developers and quantitative researchers.
- Contribute to the growth of the investment business.
- Solve problems at scale in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Quant Finance, or Financial Engineering.
- Up to 4 years experience in software or quant development or similar roles.
- Proficient in Python, git, and Linux.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies continuously.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with C++, Rust, KDB+/q, JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Experience in investment or financial business environments.
