About the role

Role and Responsibilities
- Apply quantitative reasoning and software engineering to support investment research and trading.
- Translate business and research needs into scalable, maintainable data workflows.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to design efficient alpha generation workflows.
- Contribute to data analytics and tooling across various asset classes.
- Develop and maintain libraries and tools used globally by researchers and traders.
- Take ownership of technical components and contribute commercially impactful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or KDB+/q programming languages.
- Experience in software development via internships, projects, or work.
- Familiarity with Linux and version control systems such as git.
- Experience working with AI tools to enhance software development or data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and motivation to learn in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in multiple core programming languages.
- Exposure to quantitative finance, trading, or financial markets.
- Experience in financial services or technology-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience using git and Linux in team or academic projects.
