About the role

Join Squarepoint as a Junior Desktop Support Analyst providing 24x5 support to 2,000+ global users in a Windows environment. Responsibilities include incident management, hardware support, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x5 on-site and remote support to 2,000 global users.
  • Participate in rotational on-call schedule for weekend support.
  • Manage service requests and incidents within SLAs using internal runbooks.
  • Deliver first- and second-level support by diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams, external partners, and vendors for complex incidents.
  • Support hardware inventory management and equipment procurement.

Additional Duties

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks.
  • Ensure effective incident management to minimize user impact.
  • Provide project support to senior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Remote Access solutions.
  • Skills in installing, troubleshooting, and managing desktop hardware.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Scripting experience in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Software packaging and deployment knowledge.
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Interest in learning new and emerging technologies.
  • Self-directed learner with problem-solving capabilities.
