Site Management Specialist

About the role

The Site Management Specialist manages infrastructure across data centers and offices, ensuring project alignment with standards and stakeholder needs. The role requires strong project management and engineering knowledge, focusing on infrastructure delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve standards and run books for data center and office infrastructure.
• Lead vendors through Scope of Work and RFP/RFI processes.
• Manage construction projects to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Provide capacity, inventory, and alert management with data analysis.
• Anticipate and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve operations.
• Manage IMACs and participate in scheduled power downs at facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or technology engineering.
• Understanding of power calculations and electrical/control diagrams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems (feeders, transformers, UPS, HVAC).
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
• Internship experience in facility management or data center operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Minimum base salary $100,000 in New York location.
• Eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits.
