Team Overview
- Platform Services manages 15,000+ servers and 250+ PB of storage for trading infrastructure.
- Opportunity to rotate across Windows, Linux, Virtualization, Storage, and open source technologies.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Grafana during rotations.
- Partner with senior engineers to learn fundamentals and solve complex technical problems.
- Engage in design sessions, problem solving, and project updates with the team.

Role Responsibilities
- Rotate daily between three shifts: 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, and 11am-8pm; must be willing to work these shifts.
- Collaborate with mentors to guide technical growth and identify areas of interest.
- Troubleshoot application, network, and hardware issues across Susquehanna's environment.
- Test and implement solutions at scale in onsite labs with 600+ physical and virtual servers.
- Explore and test new hardware and emerging platforms for performance and stability.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Passion for technology, learning, and creative problem solving.
- Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, Linux, Windows, or building computer systems/networks is a plus.
