Susquehanna Growth Equity offers a summer internship where analysts work on live investments, sourcing companies, performing diligence, and building financial models. The program includes a two-week training and direct engagement with founders and management teams.

Role and Responsibilities
- Source high-potential companies through thesis-driven outreach and cold-calling founders and CEOs.
- Develop and refine sourcing strategies with persistence and creativity.
- Analyze financial statements and build models for investments.
- Conduct market research and evaluate competitive landscapes.
- Construct investment memos and presentation materials.

Training and Work Environment
- Two-week training program at the start to build foundational skills.
- Work alongside senior deal professionals on live investments from day one.
- Direct access to all firm members including managing directors.
- Each intern paired with a buddy for day-to-day support.
- Office amenities include a gym and sports courts.

Candidate Requirements
- Persistent and resourceful in sourcing with effective pitching skills.
- Strong analytical foundation with financial modeling skills.
- Experience using AI, automation, or technical tools to improve work.
