Role Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content creation for website and blog.
- Manage social media presence by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and CRM software.
- Support senior marketing, sales, and business development teams with materials.
- Provide support to meet deadlines and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Additional Duties
- Assist with event and conference logistics including registration and material preparation.

Candidate Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate available at least 20 hours per week in Richmond, VA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills without AI assistance.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Notion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
