Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data and reports.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership insights.
  • Work on bonus accrual variances, end of year budget, and GL reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Available to start full-time in August 2026.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
