Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data and reports.
- Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership insights.
- Work on bonus accrual variances, end of year budget, and GL reporting.
- Collaborate with teams and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Available to start full-time in August 2026.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
