Role Responsibilities
- Support client pitch and deal execution efforts including marketing materials and presentations.
- Draft prospectuses, documentation, and marketing presentations for transactions.
- Prepare financial and written analysis including operating, financial, and valuation models.
- Evaluate financial needs of corporate clients and analyze impacts of capital structures and M&A transactions.
- Participate in all transaction stages from pitch to closing.

Candidate Requirements
- Recent university graduate (2025/2026) with interest in Finance and Investment Banking/M&A.
- Open to all degree disciplines; Metals & Mining experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong quantitative skills in financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative work style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
