Role Responsibilities
- Support advisor team by processing client requests and opening new accounts efficiently.
- Maintain and document client files accurately, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with meeting preparation and professional checklists.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and profiles.
- Prepare marketing and presentation materials.

Learning and Development
- Participate in monthly sessions to learn and network across Scotia Wealth Management.
- Gain detailed knowledge of policies, processes, products, and services.
- Engage in bank-wide orientation and exposure to senior leadership.
- Opportunity to learn about multiple teams within Scotia Wealth Management.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Strong attention to detail and risk recognition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to changing environments and duties.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
