About the role

The Expedition Women in Leadership Program is a 24-month rotational development opportunity in Toronto. Senior Managers complete three rotations across Canadian Banking and Wealth Management, leading strategic projects, developing client-focused initiatives, and building technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities for future financial-services roles.

Program Details

  • Start date: February 2027, based in Toronto, Ontario, with 37.5 working hours per week.
  • Complete three rotations, each lasting eight months, across Canadian Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Transition into roles across different business lines after completing the two-year rotational program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and effectiveness projects that address business problems and support strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with business lines, delivery channels, and support areas to identify and drive initiatives.
  • Contribute to new product development and enhancements using market analysis and client-focused strategies.
  • Work with senior management and diverse stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and business outcomes.
  • Recommend data-driven changes to portfolio strategies and policy treatments.
  • Support initiatives involving data, technology, governance, reporting, analytics, policies, procedures, and business controls.

Learning And Development

  • Receive mentorship and experiential learning through coaching, workshops, team activities, e-learning, and skills development.
  • Build technical, analytical, and leadership abilities through a blended learning and personal development curriculum.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience is required.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in financial services is expected.
  • A master’s degree or professional designation such as CA, CFA, or PMP is preferred.
  • Strategy, transformation, consulting, analytics, or project management experience is an asset.
  • Coding experience in SAS, SQL, or Python, and Power BI or Tableau knowledge, is an asset.
  • Spanish-language skills are an asset.
