Program Components
- Classroom training through the Capital Ideas Program covering culture, products, and skills.
- Rotations every 12 weeks across trading, structuring, and sales desks.
- Ongoing feedback from mentors, program managers, and supervisors.
- Final placement opportunity in a Capital Markets business area.

Responsibilities
- Assist sales, trading, and structuring staff with daily functions.
- Conduct research projects as needed.
- Prepare client presentations and daily market commentary.
- Provide exceptional client support.
- Monitor market information, economic releases, and trends.

Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada at application time.
- Undergraduate or Masters degree completed by July 2026.
- Available to start full-time work in August 2026.
- Proficiency in VBA and/or SQL strongly preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ preferred.
