- Support Internal Controls team in Global Banking and Markets (GBM).
- Choose between Global Governance or First Line Testing roles.
- Assist in developing global standards and control enhancements.
- Analyze risks and identify control weaknesses.
- Document processes and report findings.

Global Governance Role
- Develop global solutions and standards within GBM.
- Enhance voice and e-communications controls.
- Coordinate global training and surveillance reviews.
- Establish best practices for supervision.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders.

First Line Testing Role
- Identify risks and control enhancement opportunities.
- Analyze patterns indicating control gaps.
- Address causes of control breakdowns.
- Review policies and procedures.
- Support walkthroughs to identify key controls.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
