Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with retail and office teams to deliver high-quality leases.
- Produce professional written documentation and visual materials.
- Gather and analyze market data relevant to real estate leasing.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as landlords.
- Support special projects aligned with bank strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably in real estate or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
- Experience with GIS is an asset.
- French or Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
