Velocity - Real Estate, Asset Management & Special Projects Internship/Co-op - Winter 2027

About the role

Join Scotiabank’s Asset Management & Special Projects team in Toronto for a Winter 2027 internship supporting corporate real estate operations across Canada. You will assist with tenant management, documentation, internal coordination, issue tracking, and strategic projects while receiving training, coaching, and exposure across Scotiabank and Tangerine.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tenant management activities for third-party tenants in Scotiabank-owned space across Canada.
• Produce and update written documentation to a high-quality, professional standard.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, Accounting, and retail branch partners on tenant and property needs.
• Communicate with tenants and track issues, requests, and follow-ups.
• Support special programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Bank strategic objectives.

Program Details

• Participate in the Velocity program, a customized internship experience focused on development and career growth.
• High-performing interns may receive support establishing future placements across Scotiabank and Tangerine.
• Receive in-depth role training, ongoing coaching, feedback, bank-wide orientation, and access to student events.
