About the role
Full-time Wealth Management operations internship offering hands-on experience across several Scotiabank teams, including client service, business administration, and internal controls. Interns support efficient operations, customer service, account opening, regulatory adherence, and risk-aware decision-making while developing professional, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support efficient day-to-day operations and maintain effective business controls.
- Provide professional customer service in accordance with Scotia Service Standards.
- Respond to account-opening queries using current regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain client account integrity by completing required administrative activities.
- Provide timely responses to advisors, trading desks, broker-dealers, support departments, and management.
- Support team members and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing work environment.

Program Experience
- Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-focused Wealth Management environment.
