Role Responsibilities
- Support change management activities across Payments Modernization workstreams.
- Participate in lab stand-ups, team meetings, and walkthrough sessions to capture updates and risks.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation including process flows and executive materials.
- Assist in developing presentations for governance and leadership forums.
- Support operational readiness for new platform implementations and legacy system decommissioning.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in project support, documentation, or analysis roles is an asset.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities like conferences, clubs, competitions, or hackathons.
