Role Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in Canadian Fraud Management.
  • Assist with project coordination: trackers, status updates, documentation, follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Risk, HR, and Data Science.
  • Conduct research on project management, automation, AI, and fraud prevention trends.
  • Prepare materials, capture meeting notes, and track deliverables for fraud leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and documenting concerns.
  • Follow established PMO processes and documentation standards.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for team and leadership updates.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Data Analytics, or related program.
  • Interest in project management, fraud management, risk, operations, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization or project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
