Join Scotiabank's Global Operations Fraud Program Management & Design Internship for Fall 2026. Gain experience in fraud prevention, project management, and process improvement within a regulated banking environment over an 8-month paid term.

Role Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in Canadian Fraud Management.
- Assist with project coordination: trackers, status updates, documentation, follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Risk, HR, and Data Science.
- Conduct research on project management, automation, AI, and fraud prevention trends.
- Prepare materials, capture meeting notes, and track deliverables for fraud leadership.

Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and documenting concerns.
- Follow established PMO processes and documentation standards.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for team and leadership updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Data Analytics, or related program.
- Interest in project management, fraud management, risk, operations, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
