Role Responsibilities
- Support product ownership team with roadmap analysis and execution.
- Assist with pricing guides and exception-based decision workflows.
- Collaborate with designers on wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Contribute to visual design ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Partner with product managers to identify data and research needs.

Additional Responsibilities
- Analyze findings to validate assumptions and guide design improvements.
- Maintain user flows, experience maps, and design documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product development.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and workshops.
- Present design concepts and user insights during reviews.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Passionate about learning and working in an international organization.
- Experience with UX/design tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in emerging technologies including AI and modern design trends.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
