About the role
This Toronto-based internship/co-op supports Canadian Banking administration and Business Banking operations from January to April 2027. You will process service-partner requests, maintain records and inboxes, communicate with stakeholders, prepare Excel or PowerPoint reporting, identify operational improvements, and contribute to business objectives while receiving training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain records for service-partner changes, actions, and corrections across the product scope.
- Communicate with stakeholders through email and telephone.
- Maintain inboxes efficiently and accurately.
- Create reports using Excel or PowerPoint.
- Identify and assess opportunities for operational improvements.
- Contribute to Business Banking Community objectives.
