About the role

Winter 2027 internship with Roynat Capital’s Commercial Banking team in Dartmouth. Gain hands-on experience analyzing businesses, assessing risk, supporting underwriting, preparing financial analyses, and helping deliver financing solutions for Canadian mid-market companies pursuing growth, acquisitions, expansions, and other strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers with client acquisition, needs assessment, loan processes, and relationship development.
• Perform financial analysis, prepare investment summaries, follow up on underwriting requirements, and identify risk-mitigation strategies.
• Support efficient delivery of Roynat products and services while maintaining a client-focused experience.
• Build knowledge of client businesses, industries, and financing needs through internal and external networking.
• Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture in daily activities and decisions.
