Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and marketing materials
- Participate in all transaction stages from pitch to closing
- Conduct financial and written company and industry analysis
- Draft prospectuses and client presentations
- Apply capital markets knowledge to client objectives

Team Focus
- Advise clients on capital raising and asset investment/divestment in Latin America
- Collaborate with clients, advisors, and product groups
- Focus on equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions
- Engage in substantial cross-border transactions
- Support internal and client-facing initiatives

Requirements
- Native or bilingual Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, STEM, or related fields
- Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
- Experience with large datasets and financial models
