GTB - Employee Experience Internship/Co-op - Winter 2027

About the role

Support Scotiabank’s Global Transaction Banking Employee Experience team in Toronto during a paid January–April 2027 internship/co-op. Contribute to engagement initiatives, events, onboarding, workplace operations, tracking, and internal communications while building skills through training, work-integrated learning, coaching, and exposure to bank-wide programs.

About the Team

• Global Transaction Banking provides business banking solutions to small business, commercial, and corporate clients worldwide.
• Employee Experience shapes GTB’s global employee experience strategy through engagement, performance, culture, and employee insight initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives, including event execution, onboarding activities, tracker maintenance, and workplace operations.
• Assist with internal communications by creating and deploying content through channels including SharePoint.
• Work independently and collaboratively on business-team tasks while responding proactively to short deadlines.
