Role Responsibilities
- Support deposit initiatives to grow balance sheet and increase revenues through data insights.
- Conduct weekly market reviews of competitor rates for Business Accounts and GICs.
- Maintain deposit trackers and assist in weekly and monthly report production.
- Manage team schedules to improve organization and efficiency.
- Assist in process improvements for deposit portfolio management.

Additional Duties
- Perform ad-hoc data and report requests as needed.
- Support strategic decision-making with data analysis and reporting.
- Foster a customer-focused culture leveraging bank relationships and systems.
- Handle special projects assigned by Senior Management.

Candidate Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or related field.
- Prior banking experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Proven Excel skills for managing multiple trackers.
- Proven PowerPoint skills for content creation.
