ASPIRE Commercial Banking - Mid-Market - Winter 2027 Co-op / Internship - Southwestern Ontario

About the role

Eight-month Commercial Banking internship supporting mid-sized businesses in London or Windsor, Ontario. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial and company analysis, credit risk assessment, financing decisions, client relationship support, and process improvement while developing commercial banking, communication, and business skills alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationship teams with research, financial analysis, administrative tasks, and timely project delivery.
• Conduct company and industry analysis to inform credit assessments and business decisions.
• Support financing decisions while considering client needs, risk appetite, and operational requirements.
• Partner across teams to improve processes and help drive business outcomes.
• Build and deepen client and internal relationships through a client-focused approach.

Program and Team

• Work with the Mid-Market team serving businesses across manufacturing, retail, technology, and professional services.
• Gain exposure to lending, treasury, banking services, financial transactions, and specialized credit analysis.
• Learn from experienced professionals through meaningful projects in a structured, collaborative environment.
• Work 37.5 hours per week during the January–August 2027 term.
