Responsibilities
- Execute transactions including pitch, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Support debt financing origination, structuring, project and acquisition finance.
- Build and review financial models using internal templates or external sources.
- Conduct industry research and company analysis for client proposals.
- Assist in due diligence and preparation of Information Memorandum.

Additional Duties
- Assist with credit presentations and portfolio management.
- Support senior team members with internal initiatives.
- Aid local teams in marketing, origination, and deal execution.
- Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, STEM, Economics, or Math.
- Interest in Corporate and Investment Banking via internships or activities.
- Strong quantitative skills in financial analysis and accounting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and attention to detail.

- Native or bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not required.
