Responsibilities

  • Execute transactions including pitch, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.
  • Support debt financing origination, structuring, project and acquisition finance.
  • Build and review financial models using internal templates or external sources.
  • Conduct industry research and company analysis for client proposals.
  • Assist in due diligence and preparation of Information Memorandum.

  • Assist with credit presentations and portfolio management.
  • Support senior team members with internal initiatives.
  • Aid local teams in marketing, origination, and deal execution.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, STEM, Economics, or Math.
  • Interest in Corporate and Investment Banking via internships or activities.
  • Strong quantitative skills in financial analysis and accounting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and attention to detail.

  • Native or bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not required.
