Role Responsibilities
- Support 5 teams in National Supervision ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations to reduce risk and escalate potential issues appropriately.
- Communicate regulatory requirements and policies to employees as needed.
- Perform daily data analysis and report maintenance using Microsoft Office tools.
- Research and maintain client data within internal systems.

- Complete daily tasks by deadlines while meeting service standards.
- Perform additional duties to enhance team support capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with business partners and branches.
- Participate in team learning and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge levels relevant to the role.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Strong attention to detail and risk recognition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable to changing environments and management directives.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
