Role Responsibilities
- Support Advisor teams by processing client requests and opening new accounts efficiently.
- Maintain and document client files accurately, escalating issues as needed.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve client issues.
- Assist with presentations, communication materials, and client events.
- Develop and maintain prospect databases and profiles.
