Role Responsibilities
- Support advisor teams by processing client requests and opening new accounts efficiently.
- Maintain and document client files accurately, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with presentations, communication materials, and client events.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and profiles.
- Identify new prospective clients through referrals and lead lists.

- Maintain high customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
