Role and Responsibilities
- Support execution planning and business case development for strategic initiatives.
- Analyze progress and present updates with recommended actions to leadership.
- Collaborate with SMEs to research and analyze business models, competition, and regulations.
- Develop and support International Wealth Management strategy adoption and change initiatives.
- Conduct financial, product, market, and operational research to aid strategic planning.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong problem framing and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and execute presentations effectively.
- Moderate to medium familiarity with banking industry business acumen.
- Proficient in research, analysis, and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
