About the role
Selective four-month finance development programme for female-identifying undergraduate students in Ireland, focused on building knowledge of Global Capital Markets and Corporate Banking. Participants receive mentoring, attend targeted workshops, engage with experienced professionals, and explore career pathways, technical skills, networking, leadership, and interview preparation from January through April 2027.
Programme Experience
- Receive regular one-to-one sessions with assigned mentors and Scotiabank career advisors.
- Attend targeted workshops designed to support preparation for a career in finance.
- Participate in candid discussions about being a woman in finance.
- Explore career pathways, leadership, networking, interviewing, and technical finance skills.
- Attend office visits, where location-dependent.
