Role Overview
- Work alongside senior developers on DMFI Technology team in London.
- Build software integrating with analytics library and market-data pipelines.
- Support Portfolio Managers with real-time and historical data tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with live ticking market data from multiple providers with millisecond delivery.
- Build efficient time-series historical datasets for trading analysis.
- Enhance data lifecycle: ingest, clean, store, analyze, and deliver data.
- Contribute to P&L and risk data pipelines for real-time exposure visibility.
- Own a summer-long analytics project deployed to production and used by business.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative or technical field with one year left.
- Proficient in Python; Java familiarity is a plus.
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Exposure to real-time data-streaming technologies is advantageous.
- Interest or coursework in capital markets or finance.
