Role Overview
- Internship in Operations division within Operational Risk team in São Paulo.
- Work with senior management and cross-functional teams on high-profile projects.
- Focus on governance, ownership, and scalability of operational controls.

- Develop understanding of trade lifecycle and operational risk infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Build data extraction pipelines for operational risk visibility across systems and markets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand processes and data flows.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Develop a centralized KRI framework and oversight tool for risk and performance.
- Iteratively refine metrics, thresholds, and displays for relevance.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technically minded with comfort working with data and systematic processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Effective communication and proactive, self-starting attitude.
